We're a fully remote financial services firm with no chance of a "return-to-office" mandate. We've found this is the most productive environment for our team, and we plan to keep it that way. If you prefer to meet in person, don't worry! We have in-person events and qualifiers' company trips spread throughout the year to meet up with company leadership and other team members that are always encouraged to attend, but never required.
